Heather has extensive industry experience in: financial services, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, professional services and retail organizations. She has held leadership roles including: Senior Manager, Director and Vice-President where she led strategic initiatives in Human Resources to Business Transformation/Design to Coaching and Consulting in a wide range of environments. She is passionate and uniquely skilled at quickly assessing Talent, Process and Outcomes to ensure organizational success. During her career, Heather has successfully coached thousands of individuals to reach their full potential.
Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Adult Education & Instructional Design along with numerous certifications such as: PHR (SHRM), Six Sigma/Green Belt Certified, Accelerated Implementation Methodology Certification (PMP & Change Management) and Behavioral Interviewing Coach. Heather also holds her Registered Career Coaching Certification (RCC).
