Rick brings with him over 35 years of human resources management experience with several Fortune 500 companies. He has extensive experience in recruitment and selection, high performance teams, policy and procedure development, as well as Organizational and compensation design, outplacement and training in both high-tech, transportation and manufacturing environments.
Some of the companies that Rick has worked for in either a management or consulting capacity include Honeywell, Graco, Toro, Pentair, Marten Transport, SNE/Peachtree, Fruedenberg. Seagrave, and Alliance Laundry. Much of the consulting was in roles with Lee Hecht Harrison and MRA in Wisconsin.
Rick has achieved his Senior Professional in Human Resources Lifetime accreditation (SPHR) and has served as the President and board member of the Chippewa Valley Society for Human Resources Management. He has instructed management classes for Chippewa Valley Technical College and also has served on the faculty of Lakeland College, out of Sheboygan.
Rick holds a degree from Minnesota State in Mankato and graduate courses from University of MN, UW La Crosse, U of St. Thomas, and Michigan State University.
