Robert Zinda

Bob has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources, primarily in manufacturing organizations and career transition/talent development consulting firms.

Prior to joining PeopleFirst HR Solutions, Bob was an owner of Thompson Consulting Ltd. While at Thompson Consulting, Bob opened 4 of their 10 offices in Wisconsin as Sr. VP/General Manager.  Thompson Consulting was sold to a global firm, Lee Hecht Harrison in 2000, where Bob continued as Sr. Vice President.  He joined Lawrence, Allen & Kolbe, and a small boutique outplacement firm in Brookfield, WI where he led the Corporate Client Relations process.

Before transitioning into the consulting arena, Bob was VP Human Resources for the Master Lock Company, a Division of Fortune Brands and held HR Leadership roles at Cooper Power Systems and Harley-Davidson.

Bob has a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point followed by continued education at Marquette University,  the Crosby Quality College, The Center for Values Research,  The Center for Quality and Productivity Improvement , and LHH Coaching Certification.
