Mary Hericks

With nearly 25 years of experience in human resources, Mary Hericks is a managing partner with PeopleFirst HR Solutions. She has held numerous leadership positions in the multi-national manufacturing sector.

Mary has experienced a broad range of human resources and business management activities. As Director of Human Resources for L.B. White Company, she was responsible for forming and managing all aspects of the human resources function. She also had the opportunity to be an active participant in the ongoing management of the company including financial and capital expenditure reviews, and corporate acquisitions and strategic planning. Mary’s background also includes ten years varied human resources experience at Allied-Signal in La Crosse.

She is a double degree holder from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in human resources management and a master’s degree in Business Administration.
