Chuck Englebert

Mr. Englebert has over 29 years of operations and human resource management experience in both the private and public sectors.  He has held a number of leadership positions with a Fortune 500 company, operating in the U.S., Asia and Europe.  Chuck is a charter member of PeopleFirst HR Solutions, Inc., providing consulting services in Western Wisconsin and Eastern Minnesota.

Having extensive experience in all facets of human resource management on an international scale, Chuck has led acquisition integration teams involved in the creation of policy and practice as well as the development of cost effective benefit and training programs.  Further, he has significant expertise in developing employee performance assessment and succession planning tools.

Prior to joining the PeopleFirst consultant team, Chuck was a member of the Executive Leadership Team and Vice President of Human Resources for ISOLA Laminate Systems, headquartered in Chandler Arizona.  Prior to his 26 years at ISOLA, he held the position of Branch Office Manager with the State of Wisconsin Job Service.

Chuck has held numerous leadership roles in the communities he has lived in, having served on the board of Family and Children’s Center, as president of Silvercrest Country Club and as a scoutmaster.  He has also been an active participant in the Society for Human Resource Management, National Association of Purchasing Management and Association for Manufacturing Excellence.
