Bill Leonard

Bill Leonard has over 25 years of human resources and personnel experience in manufacturing, customer service, training and development and outplacement. Key positions held include vice-president administration with The Company Store, director of Human Resources for a large school district, and director of human resources for the Commercial Systems Group of the Trane Company.

He has conducted human resource reviews involving succession plans, identification of highly-qualified individuals, and the establishment and execution of development programs. Bill has provided career coaching for hundreds of individuals. He has introduced behavior modeling supervisory training to numerous organizations, focusing on an approach that integrates multiple levels of the organization.
 
Bill has a Master of Science degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and has participated in extensive industry-related seminars and training programs. He brings a dynamic style to the learning setting.
