Trust Administrator/Regional Account Executive

POSITION SUMMARY
Trust Point is an independent leading provider of investment management, personal trust, retirement plan and philanthropic services. Our professional staff includes attorneys, accountants, financial planners, investment advisors / analysts, and administrative experts who all share a common goal - to personally attend to our clients financial objectives.
· Thorough understanding of services we provide in order to develop new business (personal trust or investment management) and expand existing accounts.
· Delivery of our trustworthy administrative and investment services in order to maintain current client relationships and obtain a stream of new business referrals.
· Continual maintenance of current regulatory and compliance knowledge in order to provide our clients and prospects with the most up-to-date information.
· Ability to effectively network with centers of influence and internal partners to maximize new business sourcing opportunities.
· Active participation in community activities to enhance your image and the position of the company.
· Ability to work with our current staff to help build and grow your book of business.
· Thorough understanding of trust account administration, investment management, financial law and compliance, tax & estate planning and personal financial planning in order to ensure and maintain client satisfaction.
· Continual maintenance of current regulatory and compliance knowledge in order to provide our clients and prospects with the most up-to-date information.
· Active participation in community activities to enhance your image and the position of the company.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or other Business Domain
-
3 – 5 Years Administrative experience in Personal Trust or Industry Related Field Advanced interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, integrity, written& oral communication/presentation skills.

The ability to work in a team environment alongside highly credentialed staff. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook), required.

Certification as JD, CPA and/or CTFA, preferred
