POSITION SUMMARY
Senior HR Leader
A natural resources manufacturing company is looking to fill a Senior HR Leader position. Searching for a functional leader for the HR department, with 10-15 years experience in progressively responsible management positions and large scale cultural changes in a union environment. Objective is to help define and lead human resource and organizational development strategies necessary to ensure the long-term competitiveness of the facility. Qualified applicants must have strong and consistent leadership skills, reflecting a positive outlook and excellent set of values.
The Senior HR Leader works directly with the Leadership team. Base pay is $125,000 plus 10-20% bonus. Interested applicants are directed to PeopleFirst HR Solutions.
